  • ILG 1798 - Recorded by Jersey Datestone Register, wrongly shown as being on the St Mary side of the parish boundary which crosses Rue es Viberts. Not deciphered. Could be for Jean Le Gallais, Le Geyt, Le Gros or any such family name

Valuations

The house sold for £2,150,000 in 2007 and £2,610,000 in 2019. It was offered for rent in 2020 at £7,500 per month

Listed building

A mid-19th century house with unusual castellated tower, retaining historic character and some features. Two-storey, three-bay house with east wing. Altered west wing. Renewed slate roofs with dormers throughout. Main house has pair of rendered chimneys with decorative cornice. Northeast corner of wing has unusual castellated tower with 'arrow slit' windows.
