This large 19th century farm complex retains its form and historic character along with the outbuildings, of rural streetscape value. Main house with an east extension (possible dower wing), stables, outbuildings and pigsties to the west, a pump south of stables.

Main house: 2 storey, 5 bay. Front (south) elevation: slate roof with render chimneys. Painted render finish with ashlar and quoin effect. Rear (north) elevation: slate roof. Rough render finish. Timber windows.

East extension: 2 storey, 2 bay. Front (south) elevation: slate roof with brick chimney. Squared stone construction with dressed openings. Rear (north) elevation: matches main house (the east extension appears very late 19th century or early 20th century, though the stone finish of lintels and exact jointing point towards this being a possible rebuild or a completely new build).

West stables: single storey, 7 bays. Front (south) elevation: slate roof with large fixed lights. Random stone construction with a mixed brick and stone openings. Rear (north) elevation: matches main house.

West barn (running north/south with a small south side single storey extension): 2 storey, 3 bay. Slate roof. Random stone construction with mixed brick and stone opening to gable-end and brick construction on brick piers to upper storey, with large timber fitments at ground-level.

West barn (running east/west): 2 storey, 3 bay. Slate roof with fixed lights. Random stone and brick construction with brick and stone openings.

Pigsties: bi-partite form with clay pan-tile roof and brick construction. Hand pump (south of main house): cast iron pump on a stone waist-high plinth. Decorated spout, carries the legend 'Made in England' with a flag above and 3-1/2. circa 1900.
