Characteristic example of a small single-storey fisherman's cottage, built circa 1830 for the English fishermen who worked in the oyster industry. Forms an integral part of a group of similar cottages in Old Road and New Road. Five-bay, single storey. Pitched pantile roof, rendered chimneys to east and west.
