Historic Environment Record entry

Listed building

This house, with 17th century origins, retains some its original external stonework. Only part of the house remains and the interest is compromised by the loss of its two western bays, and replacement with new extensions. The property is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

It is considered to originate in 17th century, but only the three eastern bays remain. House, two-storey, three-bay (originally five) with 20th century wings to east and west. Pantile roof, stone chimney on east gable. Walls coursed rubble with lengthened six-stone window openings.
