- Mattingley: Jean Mattingley was the owner in 1760, when he and his wife, Esther Alexandre of Grouville, had their stone engraved, by the roadside, in the west gable. The property may have already been in his family some generations, as he was the eldest son of his father, who was himself an eldest son
- Le Sauteur: Thomas Le Sauteur was the owner shown on Hugh Godfray's Map of Jersey (1849). Philippe George Le Sauteur, the owner in 1878, was assessed for rates, in 1878, in Longueville, at 130 quarters. He had been a former Churchwarden and represented his parish in the States of Jersey as a Deputy. His family remained the owners of both farmhouse and land until the late 20th century

This mid-18th century farmhouse, and associated outbuildings, retains its historic character, with fine proportions and stonework. Shown on the Richmond map of 1795.
Main farmhouse (two-storey with attic, five-bay) with two-storey, single bay wing to east, two-storey wing (converted barns) running parallel from north elevation creating yard approached down steps, under throughway from rear access road. To north of site is detached two-storey outbuilding.
