Historic farmstead comprising four-bay, two-storey house with wing and outshot to the rear; farm buildings projecting on either side forming a courtyard at the front (presumably originally with double arch entrance to roadside); with further farm building to west along roadside boundary, returning as converted open shed range, forming farmyard. Modern extensions to rear of house. Main house: Front elevation: Slate roof with rooflights. Stone chimneys with thatch stones; stone copings and gable kneelers. Random rubble, grey granite quoins on east side. Line where roof has been raised visible. Chamfered window surrounds with uprights, heightened by two quoins. Chamfered door surround with lintel.

Rear elevation: Slate roof with gable end of wing, stone chimneys at cross wall and gable end. Outshot is random rubble with tapered quoins, quoined window surrounds. Openings variously altered. Door has uprights at base, one of them peculiarly curved (possible reused tourelle step). Farm buildings on east side: Front elevation: Pantile roof. Random rubble. Window surrounds with uprights, heightened by one quoin on ground floor, quoined in grey granite on first floor. Windows are casements. Pigeon holes. Stone external steps up to first floor on south end; small opening to the side of the steps. Gable end wall has window opening with stone uprights and lintel.

Farm building on the west: Pantile roof. Random rubble with quoined window surrounds. Altered on east and west sides to accommodate new French windows. Casement windows. Further farm building to west have pantile roof; random stone rubble with quoined window and door surrounds. Throughway into farmyard. Stone boundary wall with possible location of double gate. Mounting steps.
