This property appears to have been included in the HER website not for what is there, but for what used to be there. It is not a listed building
- A late 19th century house - considerably altered and extended in 21st century. Previously with a forge attached at its eastern end, part of which became a garage; also a freestanding two room cottage to the south.
- It is thought that Jean Hubert was the first to build on the field in the late 19th century.
