Good example of mid-18th century rural house, retaining some original features and character. Property appears on the Richmond map. Five-bay, two-storey detached house with L-shaped single storey outbuildings on the east side. Corrugated metal roof. Stone gable copings. Stone chimneys with thatch stones. Coursed squared granite, dressed stone quoins and quoined window surrounds.
