A 17th century Jersey farm house, altered in 19th century, retaining historic features and character. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Old Jersey Houses
There are two adjacent houses of this name above Quetivel Mill.
The more easterly house has been much altered, but there are signs that there was a tourelle and sundry clues point to an original 17th century date. The dower wing is a later addition, perhaps of about 1870, when it is likely that the round-topped dormers were added
