A late 18th century farm house, with earlier origins, and farm group that retains character and historic features. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

West fireplace gable survives from earlier house. 19th century outbuildings.

This, and other properties called La Sergenté, are of historic interest as the abode of the Fief officer known as the Sergent and upon which he owed the service.
