Single storey 18th century house retaining its overall composition, external character, proportions and some historic features. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Planning records refer to rear outbuilding as 'Post Office' with pigsty underneath. Single storey, with attic, four-bay house. Front (south) elevation: pantile roof with stone verges. Brick chimneys to each gable, three dormers.
Converted outbuilding to rear (pigsty with room above).
