Mid-late 19th century farmstead with earlier circa 18th century origins. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Appears to have begun as single storey cottage, with larger house and range of outbuildings added in later 19th century. Good group value with little alteration to the farm buildings. Farmhouse, cottage and outbuildings to rear.
