Unusual group of late 19th century cottages in a distinct late Victorian Gothic style retaining original features and character. Census records showing them as occupied by farm labourers and market gardeners.
Group of cottages: now called Le Parcq and 1 and 2 Le Parcq Cottages. Stables to the south of the site and a bakehouse to the west.
