  • Aubert: The extended Aubert family was living here in 1941. Jules Alexandre Aubert (1882- ) and his wife Marie Francoise, nee Mineur (1874- ) were living with their daughter Edith May Marsden (1909- ) and her son William James (1939- ); their daughter Hilda Rebindaine (1901- ) and her husband Francis Arthur (1926- ) and his sister Hilda Rebindaine (1925- ). Jules and Marie were married in St Saviour in 1900. He was the son of Jules Alexandre (son of Pierre), a farm labourer born in Bretteville, Normandy in 1847, and Ellen Francoise Rebourg, born in Brittany. They married in St Saviour in 1882.
  • Payne/Crawford: In the late 1940s the house was bought by Irene Payne and Mary Crawford, who came from England to teach at Jersey College for Girls. Because of family circumstances they did not stay very long, but they did entertain Miss Payne's young niece Eleanor, whose memories of Le Parquet were shared with Jerripedia editor Mike Bisson

Detached two-storey five-bay house with gable end to road, with two-storey wing to east and single storey late 20th century sun room to west.
