Mid-19th century farm group (refurbished and extended in 21st century) set around an enclosed yard, retaining some original exterior features and historic character. Farmstead around rectangular yard, house forms north range, returning to south at west end, pigsties to east, single storey range to south. Whole complex converted to multiple residences, when all timber replaced, many new openings made and original ones blocked and roofs rebuilt, pitch altered and chimneys lost.
