House, with late 18th century origins, which retains its historic character and contributes to the rural setting. Contains De Carteret shield in roundel. Two-storey five-bay house set back from road, with single storey, three-bay wing to north and two-storey wing to south.

- ↑ The initials suggest Clement Huelin but no matching marriage which fits with this date has been found. However, it is possible that a final P has been misread as a D and that the stone represents Clement Huelin (1850- ) and Ann Elise Piton (1846- ), both of St Brelade, who married in St Saviour in 1874
