Listed building

Historic rural property comprising an early 18th century house with mid-19th century house, retaining external historic character and group value. Les Carrieres Cottage is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

The oldest building on the site is Les Carrieres Cottage - two-storey, three-bay with later extension across full width of north side. To the northeast is Les Carrieres - two-storey, four-bay house, the eastern bay a later extension, with single storey wing to east.

Entrance door covered by 20th century enclosed porch.

St Mary Treasury

Described in the 1983 parish treasury as a secluded site looking down the valley. 'The present house has no remarkable characteristics but there is a simple older house to the west.'
