The mid-19th century house retains its historic style and proportions, contributing to the rural streetscape. Former five-bay two-storey farmhouse with single-storey wings to east and west. There is a converted outbuilding range and reconstructed pigsty.
Slate roof with rendered chimneys on each gable. Dormers set back behind parapet with full-width cornice; walls plain render with rusticated quoins.
On each side is a rendered wing with swept parapet, rusticated quoins and rendered plaque.
