Listed building
This grand building retains its original strong late Victorian character with its well crafted decorative features. Three-storey, three-bay. Pedimented parapet. Walls rendered. Heavy cornice, plain frieze, defining each floor. Each bay defined by pilasters with Corinthian capitals.
