A good example of a town house of circa 1800-1810, retaining external details and railings.

One of a terrace of early 19th century town houses in the heart of the old part of town. This is included on a map from Jersey Magazine in October 1810 as being built within the last 16 years. Town house now cocktail bar.

Mid-terrace, three storeys and basement, three bays.
