Listed building
Town house with early 19th century origins, with later alterations, which retains essential form and massing, and historic character. Contributes to the streetscape.
The Jersey Magazine, October 1810 page 480, shows building on this site as constructed within past 16 years. Building shown on 1834 Le Gros map. Late 19th century remodelling.
Three storeys, three bays. Rendered walls and parapet. Rendered brick end stack. Three tall casements with curved headed toplights on first floor and attic in moulded render pilaster, architrave surrounds with dominant keystones. Attic has pretty ironwork balconettes with fleur-de-lis decoration, double brackets beneath window pilaster frames. Side pilasters through first floor, attic storeys. Eaves cornice.
