An individual mid-19th century property forming part of a terrace.
Built between 1835 and 1842 by John Creagh. Mid terrace, set back. Five-bay, two-storey. Stucco. Front elevation: Slate roof, three pitched roof dormers with decorative bargeboards, side glazing and two-pane sash window. Two chimneys. Symmetrical facade with the bays on either side set back and picked out by rusticated quoins. Two-pane sash windows with horns. Doors on either side are set back behind a round arch built in porch. Doors are four-panel, the top two being glazed, with top and side lights. Rendered boundary wall, iron railings and gates.
