Listed building

Well proportioned mid-19th century terrace house which retains its historic character and enhances the streetscape.

Individual house forming part of a terrace set back from the road. Two-bay, two-storey with basement and setback to side. Front elevation: Stucco ashlar effect with rusticated quoins on corner and keystones above windows. Slate roof with box dormer along width. High parapet separated by string course. Door in side passage, four-panel timber, top two glazed. Top and side lights with stained glass. Stone steps up to door and tiled path. Stone boundary wall, altered, iron gate.
