Mid-19th century shop which retains its historic character. Group value of terrace.
Mid terrace set back from pavement with open forecourt. Three-bay two-storey, stucco ashlar effect. Front elevaton: Slate roof with two roof lights. String course above first floor windows. Ground floor timber shop front with paired pilasters, matching No 21, tqo panes of glazing at front and one to side, single panel shop door set back, with overlight.
Granite steps up to door at side, accessing upper residential floor, which is six-panel with single pane toplight. Boundary wall removed to form forecourt, old copings set in paving. Rear elevation: Slate roof, box dormer. Single pitch roof extension on south side. Rendered finish. First floor windows are 12-pane timber sashes.
