Prominent early 19th century corner building with good surviving features and fabric. In an important location in the heart of the old town.

Prominent location opposite the Parish Church, at the junction of Mulcaster Street. Three-storeys, one bay on Bond Street, corner bay, with five bays on Mulcaster Street.
Painted render walls, parapet and eaves band.
Shopfront extends around corner with curving timber fascia and cornice. Corner entrance with panelled/glazed door with overlight, flanked by wide shop windows. Fluted pilasters on panelled bases define door and window surrounds.
Mulcaster Street building retains a fine 'swan neck' mahogany staircase.
