A row of mid-19th century town shops, substantially refurbished circa 2000. Retains interesting carved granite street plaque 'CHEAPSIDE' on corner.
Corner plot, two-storey with attic, seven-bay. Slate roof, rendered facade, granite quoins. Front: six roof dormers, three with bargeboards and finials, all with crested ridge tiles and two- pane sash windows with horns, one roof light. First floor: sash windows with horns and two windows which are groups of three two-pane sashes with horns. Ground floor shop front: pilaster style door and window cases in two sections of the facade. One four-panel door with glazed upper panels and glazed overlight.
