This late 19th century building, with French influence, retains many original features of fine quality design and craftsmanship. Three-storey with attic, two-bay. Front elevation: Slate mansard roof with scrolled gable ends. pedimented full dormer with arched 6 pane timber, double casements.
Walls rendered; panelled frieze, banded rustication on second floor, wave pattern string course between first and second floors, panels on first floor. Windows centrally positioned, framed by pilasters on first floor with curved, fluted brackets to support balustraded balcony at second floor french windows.
