Mid-19th century house which retains its historic character, and is of streetscape and group value.
End terrace set back from road. Two-bay, three-storey. Front elevation: Slate roof, small box dormer and rendered chimney. Ashlar effect stucco with rusticated keystones above the windows. First and second floor windows are 12-pane timber sash without horns. Ground floor sash window has narrower panes at side. Console brackets and small hood above door. Door is tywo-panel timber with single pane overlight. Rendered boundary wall, granite coping, iron railings and gate.
