Listed building
Mid-19th century house which retains its historic character, and is of streetscape and group value.
Mid terrace set back from road. Two-bay, three-storey. Front elevation: Slate roof, small box dormer and rendered chimney. Ashlar effect stucco with rusticated keystones above the windows. Door is four-panel timber with single pane overlight and side light, set in panelled reveal. Rendered boundary wall, granite coping, iron railings and gate.
