Listed building

Mid-19th century house which retains its historic character, and is of streetscape and group value.

Mid-terrace set back from road. Two-bay, three-storey. Front elevation: Slate roof, box dormer along width, rendered chimney. Ashlar effect stucco. First and second floor windows are 12-pane timber sash without horns. Ground floor sash window has narrower panes at side. Door is four-panel timber, top two glazed and single pane overlight. Stone boundary wall, granite coping, iron raings and gate.
