House with early 19th century origins, one of a group of seven, of streetscape significance as part of a terrace.
Part of a row of houses which are shown as partially completed on Jersey magazine map of 1810 - shown as completed on 1834 Le Gros map.
THree-bay, three-storey. Pitched roof with two dormers. Rendered with emphasised voussoirs for windows and ornate bracketed cills. Left hand side with rusticated quoins. Right hand gable abuts, and overlaps with Opera House. Door hood with corbel brackets. Upper floor likely later addition.
