Listed building

Mid-19th century house which retains its historic character, and is of streetscape and group value.

This house has been used as a medical practice for doctors, dentists, chemists and veterinary surgeons. Mid-terrace set back from road. Two-bay, three-storey. Front elevation: Slate roof, small box dormer with original six-pane sash window. Ashlar effect stucco. First and second floor windows are 12-pane timber sash without horns. Ground floor sash window has narrower panes at side. Door is two-panel timber, overlight with coloured glass margin lights. Original door number on moulding above door. Stone boundary wall, granite coping, iron railings and gate.
