Part of a row of Edwardian commercial properties, of streetscape value.
Early 1900s; Edwardian style render details.
Mid-terrace, three-storey, three-bay. Front elevation: roof sits behind a parapet. Painted plain render finish with raised shouldered, eared window hoods. There is a parapet moulding, all is framed between plain render pilasters. At street level is a timber shopfront. The upper floors have 12 pane timber sashes with horns, the middle first floor window is tripartite in matching detailing.
