Part of a row of Edwardian commercial properties, of streetscape value. Early 1900s; Edwardian style render details.
Mid-terrace, three-storey, two-bay. Front elevation: roof sits behind a parapet. Painted plain render finish with parapet moulding, raised shouldered, eared window hoods, all is framed between plain render pilasters. At street level is a glazed shopfront, the upper floors have single pane timber sashes with horns.
