A substantial, well-proportioned mid-19th century house which retains its historic character. In a prominent location influencing the streetscape character of both steeets.
End terrace corner building set back from street with two-storey extension on the Victoria Street side and single storey extension to rear. Stucco, ashlar effect with moulding at the corner. Front elevation: three-storey, wide single bay. Slate hipped roof, rendered chimney. Second floor ten-pane timber sash window, the side panes narrower. Ground and first floors 20-pane timber sash windows, the side panes narrower. Stone lintels with small brackets. Side elevation: three-bay, three-storey with two-storey extension in centre. Windows are timber sashes with horns reflecting those on the front elevation. Render and stone boundary wall with iron railings and gates.
