Listed building
A substantial mid-19th century house which retains its historic character. Well proportioned frontage maintaining original features and contributing to streetscape character.
Located in a terrace and set back. Three-bay, two-storey. Side passage on northside. Front elevation: Stucco with rusticated band corner. All windows timber sash with thin glazing bars and shutters fixed to the wall. Second floor windows are ten-pane, the side ones narrower. First and ground floor windows are 20-pane, the side ones narrower. Enclosed porch in centre with plain pilasters, rusticated bands and plain cornice. Timber four-panel door, the top two glazed. Rendered boundary wall with gate posts and stone copings, iron railings.
