Property name

36 and 36½ David Place

Other names

  • Milton House
  • Peterborough House
  • Pembroke House

Location

David Place, St Helier

Type of property

Mirror pair of mid-19th century town terrace houses. Although the property is clearly divided into two mirror-image houses, census returns in the 19th century did not distinguish between the two and almanace listings are ambiguous. To add to the confusion, No 36 is variously shown in records as Pembroke House and Peterborough House. We have distinguished between the two houses where possible

Valuations
