Listed building

A good survival of a late 19th century warehouse frontage, contributing to streetscape character. Warehouse circa 1880.

Building located gable on to street, orientated north, south. Three-bay, three-storey former warehouse. Random granite with brick dressings at openings. Later date timber sliding door on ground floor. Central loading bay with tall casement windows on either side on first and second floors. Attic level has single central, casement and two tiny windows either side. Metal gantry beam. Tie bars on each floor. Maintains original frontage and party walls, and several beams.
