An early-mid 19th century mirrored pair forming a locally rare set of 4 back-to-back cottages, with 2-3 Payn Street. Hipped pantile roof with central brick/render chimneystack, with 18 glazed chimney pots, shared between the four cottages. Each house is rendered. Two-bay, two-storey with basement and attic; with a central recessed entrance shared with its neighbour.
