A fine town house and shop (now office) of circa 1810, retaining many external and internal features.

A good unaltered example in a key location in the heart of the old town. Shown on the 1834 Le Gros Map.

End terrace on corner with Hope Street. Three storeys, four bays. Lined ashlar effect render walls and parapet flush with wall face.

Shop/office fascia extends over door and window to right of four large panes with elliptical heads.

Large 19th century style lamp above first floor on south.
