Mid-late 19th century building of streetscape value.
Mid-terrace set back. Three-storey, three-bay with new attic floor. Front elevation: First and second floor windows are 12-pane timber sash. Ground floor has central door with bay windows on either side. Door is four-panel with roll moulding down centre, overlight with margin lights. Stone boundary wall with pillars for gate, iron railings.
