Listed building
Part of a well-preserved group of circa 1850 buildings. Contributes to streetscape character.
Mid-terrace set back. Two-bay, two-storey with basement. Slate roof with dormer, rendered chimney. Front elevation: Stucco. Windows are two-pane timber sash with rounded top corners and louvered shutters. Shares three-column porch with No 45 with Doric order columns and triglyph cornice. Door is four-panel, the top two glazed with single pane overlight. Original door number on moulding above door. Stone boundary wall, iron railings and gate.
