Part of a well-preserved group of circa 1850 buildings. Contributes to streetscape character.

Mid-terrace set back. Two-bay, two-storey. Slate roof with three dormers, brick chimney. Front elevation: Stucco. Round arched porch to front door. Door is four-panel, the top two glazed with single pane overlight. Stone boundary wall, iron railings and gate.
