A good example of late 19th century town architecture with interesting, elaborate decoration - a fine presence on the corner, contributing to the streetscape.

1890 commercial premises (same build as No 51).

Three-storey with attic. One bay to Bath Street with curved corner bay; four bays to Charles Street. Dormered, slate mansard roof. Heavy corniced parapet. Walls of render with ashlar effect. Corner bay slightly recessed.
