An early 19th century townhouse, which has retained some original features and character. Shown on 1834 Le Gros Map, making it one of the earliest properties at Cheapside
Mid terrace, two-storey with attic, three-bay. Pantile roof, rendered facade in ashlar effect. Front elevation: Box dormer. two-pane sash windows with horns on first and ground floor. Round headed recessed doorway, six-panel timber door with semicircular glazed overlight.
