Listed building

Part of 1840s terrace, which retains its historic character. Group value as a terrace group.

Mid terrace set back. Three-bay, three-storey plus basement. Front elevation: Slate roof, brick chimney. Low parapet behind cornice. Stucco. All windows are two-pane sash with horns. Console brackets and cornice above door. Door set in panelled reveal. Four-panel door, overlight with coloured glass margin lights. Door number in moulding above the door. Curved granite steps with iron handrail up to door. Boundary wall rendered, granite copings, iron railings and double gates. Side elevation: rendered, faces alley. Rear elevation: Slate roof set back behind parapet, box dormer. Two-storey extension to north. Second floor six-pane sash window and six-pane French windows with ironwork railings. 12-pane sash window and 16-pane sash window on first floor.
