One of a fine pair of town houses circa 1800-1810 with imposing shared porch and original front doors and railings.

Prominent location opposite the Parish Church. This building is shown on a map in the Jersey Magazine of October 1810 as improvements within the last 16 years.

Town house now offices.

Mirrored pair with No 8. Mid terrace. Three storeys plus basement, three bays. Slate roof, rendered walls, lead covered roof parapet on north.
