19th century frontage of early town house, which makes an important contribution to the character and appearance of the streetscape.
Part of a fine group of frontages on the west side of Bond Street, facing the Town church. Originally a Georgian town house built circa 1800-1810, the building shown on the Jersey Magazine map of October 1810 as improvements within the last 16 years.
Rainwater hopper dated 1814. Later 19th century alterations.
Only the front facade survives from this early period. Now offices. three-bay, three-storey.
