Listed building
Mid-19th century terrace house forming part of group, of streetscape value. Built between 1835 and 1842 by John Creagh. Mid terrace with narrow forecourt. Two-storey, three-bay. Front elevation: Slate roof, box dormer almost full length. Stucco ashlar effect with rusticated lintels. Ground floor bay window with two-pane sash windows. Door is four panel, the top two being glazed with single pane overlight with arched top. Stucco door surround with console bracket supporting a cornice. Steps lead up to door. Tiled path and doorstep. Rendered boundary wall, granite copings, iron railings and gate.
