This property close to the Airport boundary under the eastern flight path was bought by the States in 1983 from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, to which organisations it was left in the will of Miss Kate Corrum Dickson. The property was one of a number deemed to be a threat to airport safety which were acquired by the States as they became available for sale, and was soon demolished.
